WARRANTY

Heavywood guarantees its furniture against defects in material or workmanship under normal indoor use for a period of five (5) years form date of delivery. Mattress, lamps, and other "outsourced" products carry the warranty of that specific manufacturer. Warranty claims must be submitted along with a copy of the original dated invoice or other proof of purchase. Faulty Heavywood products covered under warranty and returned freight prepaid to the Heavywood factory by the original purchaser will be repaired free of charge. Heavywood, at its own discrection, may choose to deliver replacement furniture or parts to customer at no cost.

Please note that Heavywood furniture is hand-crafted and hand-finished using natural wood products. Slight variations in color, texture and finish are to be expected, as no two pieces of wood are exactly alike. Knots, variations in grain pattern, rustic look and feel are natural and desired characteristics of our funiture and are to be expected. Slight dimensional variates and changes including those due to temperature and humidity are normal due to the hand-crafted nature of our product.
